After use inspect pack for damage is damaged dispose of pack. After use clean with disinfectant dry, store in clean plastic bag in fridge or freezer.

Store Medi pak in freezer. Apply over a cloth or bangade. If the application becomes uncomfortable remove pack for a few minutes from affected area. Then re-appl. Presons with circulatory problems should not use cold compression except as directed by a doctor. Heating instructions follow pack instructions carefully.
