Direction Prep Items: Thoroughly rinse all breast pump parts, bottles, teats, or nipples with clean, cold water, then wash with warm, soapy water and rinse again.
Add Water: Pour at least 60ml (2 oz) of water into the bag. Do not use less than 60ml, as this may cause parts to shrink.
Load Items: Place clean items into the bag, ensuring it is not overloaded. Common capacity: 1 breast shield/connector/valve assembly + 1 bottle, or 2 breast shields, or 2 bottles/teats.
Seal & Heat: Seal the bag tightly and place it in the center of the microwave turntable.
Microwave Times:
1100W+: 1.5 minutes
800–1100W: 3 minutes
500–750W: 5 minutes
Remove Safely: Carefully remove the bag, using oven mitts as it will be hot.
Drain & Dry: Pour out the hot water through the designated corner pouring spout. Remove parts and dry with a clean cloth
