Use drinking water quality for any of the following described

Clean parts immediately after use to avoid dry up of milk residues and to prevent from growth of bacteria.
Prior to first use and once daily:
Disassemble, wash and rinse all parts.
Place parts in a saucepan of sufficient capacity.
Fill with cold water until the parts are well covered.
Optionally, a tea spoon of citric acid may be added to avoid a build-up of
limescale.
Heat it up and allow to boil for 5 minutes.
Alternatively, the disassembled parts can be sanitized in Medela Quick Clean
Microwave Bags or in top rack of dishwasher or steam-sterilized.
After each use:
Disassemble and wash all parts in warm, soapy water.

Description Use the Easy Pour Breast Milk Storage Bags to store your freshly expressed breast milk in freezer or fridge. Open the bag by tearing Arrow 1 in the direction shown. Do not fill bag past the 210
ml mark, breast milk expands as it freezes.
2) Make sure the zipper area is clean, remove the air inside the bag and close it fully to avoid leaking. Label the breast milk storage bag before storing.
3) Refrigerate or freeze your breast milk right after expressing. Breast milk can be defrosted in the fridge in around 12 hours. Alternatively, hold the bag of frozen milk under warm running water (a maximum of 37 °C or 99 °F).
4) Once fully thawed, you can warm your milk by placing the bag (or the bottle) into a cup, jug or bowl of lukewarm water for a few minutes to bring it to body temperature (37°C or 99 °F). Gently swirl the bottle or bag after heating, without shaking or stirring to mix any separated fat.
5) To transfer your breast milk from the bag to a bottle, tear Arrow 2 in the direction shown and pour your breast milk into a bottle.
