Where is my online order ?
Typically, please allow 2-10 business days for your order to arrive from the date your order is dispatched. If it's been longer and you still haven't received any shipping info, please send us an inquiry.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days after purchase. During promotional periods, catalogue sales, or public holidays, orders may experience slight delays in processing and dispatch.
Can I amend or cancel my order?
If you wish to make changes to your order, please contact our team immediately by phone and email, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. Once your order has been dispatched, we are unable to make any amendments. Please also note that we are unable to exchange items once an order has been placed.
I recieved an incorrect or damaged item?
