How long will it take for my order to arrive?
At Direct Chemist Outlet, we aim to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Most orders are shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday)*.
If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will dispatch it as soon as it becomes available. We use Australia Post and CouriersPlease for delivery, and delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier network.
Once dispatched, please allow approximately 2–10 business days for your order to arrive.

*Dispatch within 1–2 business days applies to in-stock items only. Orders containing backordered items may be delayed until all items are available.
What are the delivery options and prices?
Direct Chemist Outlet offers the following delivery options:
- Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $119*
- Standard Shipping is $9.90* on orders under $119
- Express Shipping is available at an additional cost (calculated at checkout)
- 4-hour Click & Collect is free for all orders
Shipping costs will be automatically calculated and displayed in your cart during checkout. Please note that for certain items, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.
Direct Chemist Outlet does not offer International Shipping or same-day delivery at this time.
*Free shipping applies to standard delivery only and excludes large or high-volume items. Orders containing such items may incur additional shipping charges, which will be calculated and applied at checkout.
How can I track my order?
Your order status will be updated in your account during the fulfillment process. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link to monitor its progress via our carrier.

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time provided by the couriers, please reach out to our friendly Customer Service Team.
What will happen if I am not at home when my order is delivered?
To ensure the safe delivery of your order, Direct Chemist Outlet uses registered services through our trusted courier network.
If you are not available to receive your delivery, a card may be left with details of the nearest post office or collection point where your parcel can be collected. You will also receive a notification if your parcel is redirected.
Parcels are typically held for up to 10 business days, at the discretion of the courier. In some cases, the courier may attempt re-delivery on the next business day or redirect your parcel to the nearest depot for collection.
If delivery attempts are unsuccessful and the parcel is not collected within the holding period, it will be returned to us. Our customer service team will then contact you to arrange a suitable solution.
Can I update my order once it has been placed?
If you wish to amend your order after it has been placed, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will do our best to update your delivery address or shipping information, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.
What do I do if I haven’t received my order?
If you have not received your parcel within 10 business days, please visit our Contact Us page and submit an enquiry. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days.
