Fybogel is an easy-to-use and pleasant tasting way to increase the fibre in your diet which helps your digestive system work more efficiently and gently relieves constipation. Fybogel helps restore and maintain regularity without staining, discomfort or unnatural urgency.

Ingredients

ascorbyl palmitate aspartame citric acid colloidal anhydrous silica dl-alpha-tocopherol Flavour Gelatin Maize Oil maize starch polysorbate 80 potassium bicarbonate riboflavine sodium phosphate saccharin sodium sodium bicarbonate sucrose

Directions

Adults and children over 12 years: Take one sachet morning and evening or as recommended by your doctor. Children 6-12 years: Take half to one level 5mL teaspoon morning and evening. Should be used for children only on medical advice.

• Pour sachet contents into a glass of approximately 250mL of cool water or fruit juice. • Stir well and drink straight away. If there have been no bowel movements after 3 days of treatment a doctor should be consulted. Do not take Fybogel Orange without water. • The product should be taken during the day at least 1/2 to 1 hour before or after intake of other medicines and should not be taken immediately before going to sleep. • May be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding.
