• Button batteries are hazardous (whether the battery is new or used).

• Examine the product to make sure the battery compartment is correctly secured, e.g. that the screw or other mechanical fastener is tightened. Do not use if compartment is not secure.

Direction 1. Press the Measurement (ON/OFF) Button to turn the thermometer ON.
A short "beep" will sound.
2. The Backlit Screen will briefly illuminate green, yellow. and red, showing all display segments.
3. After self-checking, the - - •- symbol will show The Backlit Screen will then turn off, indicating the thermometer is ready for measurement.
4. The thermometer will automatically enter Forehead Mode (default). The previous measurement will briefly appear on the Backlit Screen.
5. Hold the thermometer so the sensor is aimed at the centre of the forehead keeping a distance of 1-5 cm.
6. Ensure the forehead is clean and dry before taking a measurement.
7. Press the Measurement (ON/OFF) Button once to take a reading.
8. Keep the thermometer steady until the beep sounds,confirming the measurement is complete.
9. The temperature reading will appear on the Backlit Screen.
The Backlit Screen will remain illuminated for approximately
3 seconds before turning OFF.
10. The thermometer is now ready for another measurement.
Storage Instructions
• Store the thermometer in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, excessive heat, and humidity.
• Avoid storing near sources of electromagnetic interference (e.g., mobile phones, microwave ovens).
• If the thermometer will not be used for a long period, remove the battery and store the device in its original packaging or a protective case.
