Warnings Do not use on children under 12 years of age or persons unable to remove the patch on their own, if you have any of the following conditions: nerve
damage, poor circulation, heart disease, pregnancy, skin conditions or very delicate and sensitive skin. Do not use if patch contents leak and/or patch is damaged or torn or with other skin medications (lotions, creams or ointments) or other heat sources. Do not use if you have previously had an allergic reaction to a patch or on areas of the skin where heat cannot be felt or on the face or mucous membrane. Do not use on damaged skin, bruises or swellings within 48 hours of an injury or while sleeping, do not lie on the patch or apply pressure during use (e.g. use the patch under a belt or bandage) or if you are prone to skin ulcers.
Warnings and precautions: Talk to a doctor or pharmacist before using this product if you are unsure if you should use this product. This patch contains iron. In case of ingestion, seek medical attention immediately. In case the powder in the patch comes into contact with the eyes or skin rinse abundantly with water and seek medical attention. Patches have the potential to cause skin irritation, burns or blisters. Check your skin frequently. Stop use and consult a doctor or pharmacist if you experience any discomfort, burning, swelling, rash or other changes in your skin that persist where the patch is applied. Store in cool dry place and avoid direct sunshine. Keep out of reach of children.

Direction Tear open the plastic packet, just before you are ready to use the heat patch, remove protective film from patch and apply patch to the affected area, adhesive side onto skin or on clothing if too hot. To remove slowly peel off the patch and dispose in normal household waste. Do not leave the patch on the same area of skin for more than 8 hours in any 24 hours period. Do not use more than one heat patch per day on the same area of skin. Do not cut, pierce or allow the patch to get wet. The patch is for external single use only, do not ingest. Stop use and contact your doctor if your pain gets worse or remains unchanged. Do not attempt to reheat.
