Direction To prepare the Vita Diet Chocolate Mousse, simply add the contents of the sachets to 125mls of chilled water in a shaker and shake for 30 seconds.
It is recommended to place the shake in the fridge for 3 to 5 minutes to allow it to set. For best results, it is recommended to pour the shake into a small glass or dessert bowl before placing it in the fridge.
