When using for steam inhalation: Read instructions for use carefully to ensure safe usage. Incorrect usage may result in serious burns or scalds.• Do not use on children under 12 years of age. • Do not leave children unsupervised. • Do not heat in a microwave or reheat mixture. • Do not add into the water that you are heating.Consult a doctor: • If fever is present or symptoms persist. • If pregnant or breast-feeding before use.While using this medicine: • Keep out of reach of children. • For external use only. • Avoid contact with eyes, mouth or mucous membrane. Direction For nasal congestion and coughs:• Rub-on: Adults and children 2 years and above: Rub a thick layer on chest, neck and back.• Steam Inhalation: Adults and children 12 years and above: Partly fill a bowl with 500 mL of hot (not boiling) water and add 10 mL (2 teaspoonfuls) of VapoRub. Gently inhale the steaming vapours with a towel over your head and bowl for 10-15 minutes. May be repeated up to four times a day.For muscular aches and pains:• Adults and Children 2 years and above: Rub on affected areas up to four times a day or as directed by a physician.
