Active Ingredients: 100% Non-Chlorine Bleached Rayon, Polypropylene/Polyethylene Cover, Polyester String.
Direction 1. Unwrap: Hold the tampon firmly, twist the wrapper sharply in opposite directions at the dotted line, and pull apart.
2. Prepare the String: Remove the bottom wrapper piece, exposing the string, and pull it down so it hangs freely.
3. Position: Find a comfortable position (sitting, squatting, or standing) and relax.
4. Insert: Hold the tampon by the string and push it into your vagina at a slight angle towards your lower back (base of your spine).
5. Check Placement: Push until you can't feel it anymore; if you feel discomfort, push it in a bit further.
6. Remove: Gently tug on the string to pull it out.
