Direction Hot Therapy:
Microwave: Place the pack in the microwave (following the recommended time in the manual) and heat at the appropriate setting. Always check the temperature before applying to avoid burns.
Boiling Water: Submerge the pack in a bucket of boiling water for the specified duration. Use caution when removing to prevent burns.
Cold Therapy:
Freezer: Place the pack in the freezer for the recommended time until it reaches the desired coldness.
Application:
Wrap in Cloth: Always wrap the pack in a cloth or towel before applying directly to the skin to prevent frostbite or burns.
