Direction Place opened support flat against the back of your thigh, sitting just under the buttocks. Wrap the support around the front of your thigh, ensuring the longest strap is placed at the top. Affix three straps to allow desired level of compression. Ensure the support is secure by wrapping the longest strap around the thigh and affix.
