Active Ingredients: Each 1g of cream contains: Arnica Montana flower tincture 50mg/g (equivalent fresh flower 10mg/g), Rosemary Oil 30mg/g, Menthol 20mg/g, Cajuput Oil 20mg/g.
Direction Massage 1-3 grams of cream into affected area 3 to 4 times daily, as required.
