Active Ingredients: each 1g of cream contains: Arnica Montana flower tincture 50mg/g (equivalent fresh flower 10mg/g), Boswellia Serrata gum oleoresin ext. dry conc. 20mg/g (equivalent dry gum oleoresin 120mg/g), Cajuput Oil 20mg/g, Peppermint Oil 5mg/g (contains Menthol 2.75 mg/g).
Direction Massage 1-3 grams of cream into affected area 3 to 4 times daily, as required.
