Using the enclosed scoop, mix one level scoop (5 g) of powder in a cup with 250 mL of room temperature water, and stir thoroughly until fully dissolved. Consume once daily, during or immediately after a meal, or as directed by a healthcare professional. Once dissolved consume immediately. Some settling of powder may occur after mixing.
