Designed to fuel your body before exercise or to assist with recovery after training sessions, plus it provides key electrolytes sodium and potassium to help with rehydration.
SUSTAGEN Sport is low in fat# and designed to meet both the nutrition and hydration demands of exercise. Simply mix with water for:
- 15g of protein to help support lean muscle mass and aid tissue repair.
- 17 key vitamins and minerals: including 50%* RDI† of iron to help support energy production and help reduce fatigue.
- Electrolytes (such as sodium and potassium) to help support rehydration after exercise.
- Carbohydrates, a key energy source during exercise and assists recovery.
- Low GI# for sustained energy.
