Direction Directions for use
Adults and children over 2 years of age: Take the contents of 1 sachet daily.
Pregnant women: Take the contents of 2 sachets daily.
You can drink straight from the sachet or add to half a cup of juice and drink immediately. Do not exceed 4 sachets daily. Advise your doctor of any medicine you take during pregnancy, particularly in your first trimester.
