Neck- Apply by ascending smoothing movements from the base of the neck up towards the chin. Finishing the application with a smoothing movement from right to left to right under the chin.
Decolletage- Apply by ascending smoothing movements from the birth of the breast up towards the base of the neck. Then apply a light circular massage from one shoulder to the other shoulder.
