Boxed Contents: Sinupret® Syrup is a light-brown, clear, viscous syrup. 100 ml Sinupret® Syrup is available in glass bottles. Slight flocculation or turbidity may occur during storage; it has no effect on the activity of the drug.

Warnings Warnings and precautions:
Talk to your doctor if you experience nosebleed, fever, severe pain, purulent nasal discharge, impaired vision, asymmetric midface or eyes or facial numbness, because these symptoms or findings are generally considered as severe warnings for all forms of sinusitis which require examination by a medical specialist and urgent medical treatment.
Talk to your doctor if the symptoms persist for more than 7 – 14 days, worsen or recur periodically.
In case of known gastritis and patients with a sensitive stomach particular caution is required when taking this medicine. You should preferably take Sinupret® Syrup after meals and with a glass of water.
Use in children:
The use in children under 2 years of age is not recommended because of lack of sufficient data.
Other medicines and Sinupret® Syrup:
Tell your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking, have recently taken or might take any other medicines.
Pregnancy, breast-feeding and fertility:
If you are pregnant or breast-feeding, think you may be pregnant or are planning to have a baby, ask your doctor or pharmacist for advice before taking this medicine.
Like all medicines Sinupret® Syrup should be administered during pregnancy only after strict risk-benefit evaluation by the attending physician.
It is unknown whether the active substances / metabolites of Sinupret® Syrup are excreted into breast milk. Sinupret® Syrup should not be used during breast-feeding.
Caution
Like all medicines, Sinupret® Syrup may cause side effects, although not everybody gets them.

Excipients: Liquid maltitol, cherry flavour, ethanol.
Direction Duration of use: Unless otherwise prescribed, the duration of administration is 7-14 days. Please note the information under ‘Warnings and precautions’.

Always take this medicine exactly as described in the leaflet or as your HCP has told you. Check with your HCP if you are unsure.
Using the enclosed measuring cup take Sinupret® Syrup 3 x daily (morning, midday, evening).
If desired, Sinupret® Syrup may be taken together with some liquid (no alcohol) preferably a glass of water. If you have a sensitive stomach you are advised to take Sinupret® Syrup after meals.
Shake well before each use!
Duration of use:
Unless otherwise prescribed, the duration of administration is 7-14 days.
Storage Instructions
Keep the bottle in the outer carton in order to protect from light.
Keep out of the sight and reach of children.
A slight turbidity or flocculation may occur during storage
May be kept for 6 months after opening of the bottle.
Storage Temperature: Store at room temperature below 25 °C.
