ADHESIVE TABS: Acrylates Copolymer, Silica, Acrylic Acid.

Select the appropriate press-on nail size for each finger. Apply either the adhesive tab or nail glue (included in the kit) to both the natural nail and the press-on nail, then press and hold for 30 seconds. For best wear, avoid water for the first hour. To remove, apply nail polish remover around the edges and between the nails, wait a minute, and gently remove.
