Direction Wash hands before using the breast discs and make sure to cleanse the affected area and dry it gently.
Open packet and remove the protective backing.
Gently place side protected by the backing on the affected area.
Prior to breastfeeding, remove disc and place on a clean surface.
Gently wash nipples with water and pat dry
start breastfeeding and reapply the discs after the session.
