Retinol palmitate equiv. to retinol (Vitamin A): 390 microgram RE
Thiamine hydrochloride equiv. to thiamine (Vitamin B1): 540 microgram
Riboflavin sodium phosphate equiv. to riboflavin (Vitamin B2): 810 microgram Nicotinamide (Vitamin B3): 7.1 mg
Pyridoxine hydrochloride equiv. to pyridoxine (Vitamin B6): 111 microgram
Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C): 42.8 mg
Colecalciferol (Vitamin D3): 10.1 microgram

Direction Directions for Use.
Administer dose via syringe provided directly into infant's mouth or add to a teaspoon of milk. Rinse syringe when finished and allow to dry.
