• Use if exposed to Magnetic Resonance (MRI) tests
• Use during sporting activities

Direction Pain Away Heat Patches are air-activated, no need to preheat in an oven or microwave. When ready, remove the protective layer from the patch and apply the adhesive side to the inside of clothing, close to the painful area.

Monitor area closely for signs of excessive heat or burn and then remove after 8 hours.
