With your opposite hand, reach over your head and pull your ear upwards. Applying pressure with your thumb, insert the earplug using a gentle rocking motion.
Step 1
Insert until the largest flange seals the entrance of the ear canal.
Step 2
Try different rotational angles until you find the best angle for you.
