Direction
Wet the head, apply toothpaste, then guide the rotating head slowly tooth-to-tooth (3 secs each), covering outsides, insides, and chewing surfaces for 2 mins, letting the brush do the work without scrubbing; the extra soft bristles gently clean gums, and the built-in timer ensures dentist-recommended time, but ensure it's off to charge. Replace brush head every 3 months or sooner if it becomes worn
