Direction Add one 25g sachet of Optislim VLCD Platinum Shake to 200ml of cold skim milk (less than 1% fat). Blend or shake to dissolve.Drink immediately. Once prepared any unused portions of Optislim VLCD Platinum should be discarded. It should not be stored for use at a later time. Replace each meal with one25g shake sachet, 3 times a day. One serve of Optislim VLCD Shake can be replaced with one serve of any other product in the Optislim VLCD range. We recommend that a minimum of 2 litres of water and 2 cups of mainly green vegetables are consumed in addition to the Optislim VLCD Bars daily.
