Direction The two main ways to enjoy essential oils are:
Diffusion – Add 6–9 drops to water in a diffuser. Choose from our Home Ambience Diffuser or Waterless Diffuser.
Massage – Dilute 3–5 drops in 10mL of carrier oil. We offer Jojoba and Sweet Almond Oil as nourishing bases.
There are also other ways to use essential oils, including in the bath, as a compress, a spritz, a foot bath, or for direct application.
