Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 16mg
Hydrolysed Collagen 2.5g
Glycine 3g
Zinc glycinate equiv. Zinc 4mg
Active Ingredients: Magnesium citrate (equiv. elemental magnesium 300 mg), Passiflora incarnata herb dry extract 100 mg (equiv. herb 500 mg), ascorbic acid (vitamin C) 16 mg, hydrolysed collagen 2.5 g, glycine 3 g, zinc glycinate (equiv. zinc 4 mg).
Direction Add 1 scoop (10g) and stir well in 200mL of water (cold or warm) once daily
