Ingredients Withania somnifera
(Ashwagandha) root extract
600 mg equiv. to dry root
7.2 g (7200 mg),
Magnesium (as Magnesium
Citrate) 100 mg,
Nicotinamide (Vit B3) 15 mg.

Active Ingredients: Withania somnifera (Ashwagandha) root extract 600 mg equiv. to dry root 7.5 g (7500 mg), Magnesium (as Magnesium Citrate) 100 mg, Nicotinamide (Vit B3) 15 mg.
Direction Take one tablet daily, 30 minutes before bedtime, or as directed by your healthcare professional. Dissolve effervescent tablet in 200 mL of water. Stir for a minimum of 30 seconds. Keep stirring until foaming subsides.
Storage Instructions
Store tube tightly closed in a cool, dry place, below 25°C. Do not use if tamper evident seal is broken.
