    They work

    I'll be honest I dont have great willpower. Tried time after time going cold Turkey from smoking nil result. So saw chemist and he recommended using patches. Nicorette were the first I saw so onto the arm the first one went. Day after day the patches went on, its now 10 weeks of Step one and about to go down to Step two.
