Direction 1. Unwind approx 30cm of the wrap from the roll to relieve the tension before applying.
2.Apply this length smoothly with a minimum of stretching.
3. Overlap the wrap by .5cm - 1.25cm on each turn.
4. Repeat the above steps until wrapping is complete. If the wrap feels uncomfortable or tight, remove and wrap again.
5.Secure by pressing the last few inches of UNSTRETCHED wrap onto itself
