Direction Adults Only: Take 2 capsules with breakfast and 2 capsules with lunch at least 3 hours apart. The maximum dosage is 4 capsules daily. Open the capsule and squeeze it into food if you have swallowing concerns. Swallow with a glass of water. Do not take more than 2 capsules within a 3-hour period.
