Reynoutria japonica root ext. dry conc. 29 micrograms. Std. Equiv. to dry root dry 2.61mg. std. to Resveratrol 14.5mcg (of Reynoutria japonica)

Direction Adults (18yo+): Take 4 tablets daily. Swallow with a glass of water. Break, cut or crush the tablet if you have swallowing concerns.
If you are pregnant - or considering becoming pregnant - do not take Vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist. When taken in excess of 3000 micrograms retinol equivalents - Vitamin A can cause birth defects.
