Direction Gently hold the eyelid taut and use short, feathery strokes to draw the eye pencil as close as possible to the lash line, moving inwards from the outer lashes towards the nose.
TIP: To give the illusion of larger, more open eyes, apply Liner to both top and bottom lash lines, making the top line slightly thicker.
