STEP 1 - Ensure the area around your mouth and lips is clean and dry. Do not apply if there is damaged or broken skin.
STEP 2 - Remove Mute Mouth Tape from its pack, and gently stretch in the direction indicated – the midline serration will part. Gently peel the backing paper off the tape.
STEP 3 - Hold the tape with the adhesive side facing toward your mouth. Keeping your mouth closed, gently place the tape over the middle of your mouth, and pat gently to ensure a secure fit.
STEP 4 - After your great night’s sleep, remove the Mouth Tape by pulling gently from left to right. If there is any discomfort, use soapy warm water to assist with removal.
