Direction DIRECTIONS
HOW:
Add 30g (1 scoop) to 200mL of water in a cup or Musashi shaker and mix until dissolved. Consume immediately.
WHEN:
DAILY: Can be added to water as a convenient protein top up throughout the day and on non-training days.
BEFORE: Use 60-90 minutes prior to exercise.
AFTER: Use within 30 minutes after resistance training or sport.
Recommended one-day intake: up to 3 serves.
