Ingredients Musashi Bulk Protein Blend (65%) [Whey Protein Concentrate, Skim Milk Powder, Whey Protein Isolate, Whole Milk Powder, Emulsifiers (Soy Lecithin, Sunflower Lecithin)], Maltodextrin, Dextrose, Cocoa Powder, Vitamins & Minerals (Di-calcium Phosphate, Dipotassium Phosphate, Magnesium Carbonate, Zinc Gluconate, Ferric Pyrophosphate, Maltodextrin, Sodium Ascorbate, Vitamin E Acetate, Nicotinamide, Vitamin A Acetate, Vitamin D3, Vitamin B12, Potassium Iodide, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B2, Vitamin B1, Folic Acid), Flavours, Vegetable Gum (Guar Gum), Sweetener (Sucralose), Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid).
Direction HOW: Add 60g (1 ½ levelled scoop) to 500mL of Full Cream Milk or to 300ml of water in a cup or Musashi shaker and mix until dissolved. Consume immediately.

POST-TRAINING: Use immediately after exercise within 30 minutes. Maximum one-day intake: 1 serve.
