Ingredients Musashi Bulk Extreme Protein Blend (65%) [Whey Protein Concentrate, Whole Milk Powder, Skim Milk Powder, Whey Protein Isolate, Emulsifiers (Soy Lecithin, Sunflower Lecithin)], Maltodextrin, MCT Powder (7%) [Medium Chain Triglyceride Oil (4.9%), Modified Starch (1450), Maltodextrin, Emulsifier (471)], Flavours, Vegetable Gum (Guar Gum), Sweetener (Sucralose).
Direction HOW: Add 90g (2 ½ levelled scoops) to 500mL of Skim Milk or to 300ml of water in a cup or Musashi shaker and mix until dissolved. Consume immediately.
WHEN:
POST-TRAINING: Use immediately after exercise within 30 minutes. Recommended one-day intake: up to 3 serves.
