I have mild Cerbral Palsy down the left side of my body which often results in muscle tightness and the build up of lactic acid when training. Since taking Beta Alanine prior to exercise, I have noticed I don't struggle as much with the lactic acid build and I'm able to train longer and harder without my body resisting. I'd highly recommend this product for anyone who experiences similar symptoms.
