Direction Step 1. Fill Foot bath with warm water, place your feet in the bath. Sprinkle jelly foot soak into the water. Stir well. Water will become like Jelly. Soak feet (3-5 minutes). Gently massage your feet with the jelly to exfoliate away tired, dull skin from your feet. Step 2. Place mineral foot soak into the foot bath and stir into jelly. The jelly will dissolve back to a liquid state. Soak your feet (3-5 minutes) in the mineral rich soak allowing the minerals to relax your feet and skin. Drain water from foot bath. Step 3. Apply the mud mask onto your feet, toes & lower leg. Allow the mud mask to nourish, calm & relax your skin for up to 15 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with warm water. Step 4. Massage foot lotion into the foot and lower leg until thoroughly absorbed.
