How to use:
Cut out a tattoo, remove the plastic sheet and place it face down on skin.
wet a cloth and dab over it for 30 seconds and gently peel off the paper.
Let it dry and enjoy your mermaid design!
Use the pens to draw directly onto the skin. Wash off with warm soapy water.
Make your own bracelet using the beads and elastic.
