Ingredients Ferric ammonium citrate 93.5mg equivalent to 20mg of elemental Iron, Glycerol, Water, Pectins, Soya Lecithin, Rapeseed Lecithin, Natural Flavour.
Direction Consume the contents of one sachet as is or dissolve in a small amount of cold, still water. It can be consumed with a meal. Do not exceed the daily recommended dose.
