Direction 1. Start with clean hands. Always wash your hands before touching any period products.
2. Unwrap the pad. Peel off the adhesive backing to expose the sticky strip underneath.
3. Stick it to your underwear. Place the pad lengthwise in the centre of your underwear. If it has wings, peel the backing off those too and fold them around the sides of your underwear.
4. Adjust as needed. Make sure it feels secure and is covering the area where bleeding is most likely to occur.
