Direction - Wash your hands and the nipple shields in hot soapy water and rinse thoroughly before applying to the breast.
- Gently press the rim towards the nipple of the shield, turning the shield partially inside out.
- Position the cut out portion of the sheild at the top of your breast.
- Bring the shield to your breast, lining nipple up with the shield's nipple opening.
