Lactose intolerance is the inability to digest lactose, a natural sugar found in milk and dairy products. The body has insufficient levels of lactase, an enzyme that helps digest lactose in the digestive system and therefore cannot digest lactose completely or not at all.
Lacto-Free Triple Strength Chewable Tablets helps break down the lactose sugar in dairy products, making it possible for you to enjoy dairy products such as milk, cheese, yoghurt and ice cream without the symptoms.
