Each capsule contains: Natural Fish Oil 1 g (1000 mg) equiv. omega-3 marine triglycerides 300 mg docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) 120 mg eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) 180 mg No added wheat, gluten, yeast, milk derivatives, eggs, lactose, sugars, artificial colours or preservatives. Contains fish products, soybean products, and residual sulphites.

Direction

Follow dose recommendation or as professionally prescribed. Take with meals. Adults: For Omega-3 supplement, take 1-2 capsules daily. For healthy blood lipids maintenance, cardiovascular system and heart health, take 2 capsules three times daily. For mild arthritis and mild joint inflammation relief, take 4 capsules three times daily. Children 6-12 years old: Take 1-2 capsules daily with meals, or as professionally prescribed.
