1 SLOWLY TWIST THE BOTTOM OF THE PEN UNTIL GEL RISES TO THE TIP.
2 USING THE BRUSH, APPLY A SMALL AMOUNT OF LIQUID TO YOUR TEETH, AVOIDING YOUR TONGUE AND GUMS.
3 LEAVE ON TEETH FOR AT LEAST 5 MINUTES, DO NOT RINSE.
Use once or twice a day, preferably at night, after brushing your teeth. Do not eat or drink for 30 minutes after use.
Warning: do not swallow. For adult use only. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding. Avoid contact with eyes.
