Direction 1. Open all straps and fasteners. Place wider edge of brace along thigh with patella ring over kneecap. 2. Secure top fastener behind knee, then secure bottom closure. 3. Loop straps behind knee through buckles and secure fasteners. 4. Secure straps in front of knee. Adjust all straps until fit is firm, yet comfortable. Ensure side hinges are located along the midline of either side of the leg.
