Step 1. Insert your thumb into the loop with the smooth side of the material facing your skin.
Step 2. Wrap support from over the top of your wrist, then under your wrist, and back around the top.
Step 3. Secure the fastener and adjust to get a snug fit.
How to wash
Secure all straps prior to washing. Hand wash with mild soap in warm (not hot) water. Rinse well and air dry.
DO NOT: machine wash, tumble dry, dry clean, or use bleach or fabric softeners.
